Customer Service
Job Scope:-

  • Provide Customer Service for Outbound to customer pertaining telecommunication related.
  • Retention, Upselling and distribution of information to customer efficiently
  • To deliver and educate existing customer on the benefits of the campaigns or programs over the phone and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product factsheet and sales script
  • Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills.
  • Validate & verify customer’s information & details accurately

Sales Team Leader
Job Scope:-

  • Assist the Operations Assistant Manager/Manager and oversee a team of Telesales Executives.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality sales and services.
  • Support business activities aimed at improving quality and contributing to business growth.
  • Enable team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in productivity, such as call targets and sales revenue targets.
  • Motivate, coach, and inspire team members to reach sales targets.
  • Handle and resolve escalated inquiries from team members when necessary.
  • Ensure that all team members understand company policies, management procedures, and the use of systems and telephone.
  • Monitor team member attendance.
  • Review goals for each team member and the entire team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team and daily tracking reports.
  • Assign leads to team members effectively and fairly.
  • Ensure that team members are well-versed in product knowledge and program specifications.
  • Enforce adherence to call center discipline and guidelines.

Admin & Account Assistant
Job Scope:-

  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
  • Documents filling
  • Preparing Clients invoicing
  • Preparing and processing staff monthly Salaries
  • Verifying the invoices and other accounting documents
  • Prepare monthly payments and verify expense claims and supplier invoices
  • Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies if any.

Client Management
Job Scope:-

  • To prepare weekly and monthly client reviews to meet our customers’ objectives
  • Manage customer inquiry and engagement
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with existing customer
  • Produce effective marketing tools and set up clear guidelines for campaigns
  • Provide customer support when needed

Contact Centre Manager
Job Scope:-

  • To supervise a team of Telesales Executives and work closely with the backend support team.
  • To support business’ activities for improving quality, revenue and contribute business growth
  • To support and enable team member to achieve KPI in productivity i.e. call target, sale revenue target, productivity
  • To motivate, coach and inspire team member to achieve the sales target inquiries
  • To ensure all team member understand the company policy, management procedure, and the use of systems & telephone
  • To monitor team member attendance & contact center system
  • To review goal for each team member and the whole team based on daily, weekly and monthly
  • To ensure the daily, weekly & monthly tracking report are update and accurate

Account Executive
Job Scope:-

  • Preparation and maintain management accounts and ensure the accuracy and including billing and expense claims.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and to improve on internal control, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure proper filing of documents for maintenance, retrieval and archiving
  • Liaison with banker, solicitor, relevant authority, auditor for all work matters related to annual audit and income tax matters etc
  • Handle Clients monthly invoicing and will be guided by superior
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time i.e. administration & project related matters.
